Electronic Applications for Individual Health Plans are available through the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota Secured Server Website. These links will bring you directly to the Blue Edge Electronic Applications Center.
		Using Blue Edge Electronic Applications Center: Plans: InstaCare, Aware Care, Options Blue, and Simply Blue You will need to provide basic information about yourself (name, email address, phone number, etc.) and then click the submit button. Your information will be entered into the Blue Edge Electronic Applications Center. I, your healthinsurancemn.com agent, will then follow up with you and make sure the correct health plan is specified. I will enter a PIN number in your data in Blue Edge Electronic Applications Center which will then allow me to send you an e-mail to the link to access your electronic application.
		Simply Blue Application by Creating an Account: Plans: Simply Blue Get a quote and apply online. You will need to create an account to access the secured Blue Edge Website.
